"We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Trainee Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our friendly and committed team. You will be the face and voice of the company, so it is essential that you are polite and well presented at all times."
Main duties as follows:
Responsible for handling incoming calls, dealing with queries and taking accurate messages
Keeping reception neat and tidy at all times
Meeting and greeting clients/visitors
Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, including faxes
Filing, photocopying, scanning and shredding
Provide ad-hoc admin support for various departments
Assist with deeds/storage
Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Well organised and able to prioritise workload
IT literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Accurate data processing skills
Ability to be discreet and confidential at all times
Experience is not required as full training will be given.
