Train'd up are looking for somebody who has the potential to be an organised, responsible member of the team who, over time, will be an efficient Training & Recruitment Administrator. You will be made to feel an essential part of the team as you work your way through your Level 3 Business and Administration Modern Apprenticeship (MA). By the end of your MA you will have sound knowledge and the competence to be able to operate your way around most offices. You will be expected to:-
Make and receive telephone calls (including telephone interviews)
Send and receive e-mails
Book travel and appointments for staff
Filing and archiving
Work closely with your line manager to ensure that you keep on track with your Modern Apprenticeship
Applicants must have excellent IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and should have achieved at least 4 x National 5 qualifications (A-C), including English and Maths.
