17/2/2021

Why suse want to work with you!

Picture
We are collaborating with the Scottish Union of Supported Employment to identify members of our employer network who are forward-thinking, innovative and who want to have an inclusive culture within their business and develop the people within it. This is in support of the Disability Employment Gap PSP.

If you are passionate about your organisation, your employees, your customers and your local community, whether you have previous experience of employing disabled people or not, then SUSE would like to hear from you.

If you are an employer that wants to:

  • Increase the talent pool your vacancies reach
  • Create a workforce that reflects the diversity of your customers
  • Benefit from additional skills that are currently being missed
  • Reduce employee turnover, saving money on recruitment and training
  • Improve your corporate culture
  • Tackle the myths associated with recruiting disabled people
  • Easily implement reasonable adjustments
  • Become a Diversity Champion
  • Achieve all of this (and more) at no additional cost

Supporting the Disability Employment Gap PSP makes perfect business sense for you and your key stakeholders.
