Kincardine in Menteith Primary & Thornhill Primary in Stirling, seek the support of individuals and businesses with financial backgrounds to support their DYW week beginning November 12th 2018.

S1 Pupils at Lornshill Academy are learning about the importance of literacy and how they can develop these skills.

Do Something Now and join Businesses from across all sectors and work with us to deliver a session.
Share why literacy skills are important to your business, how you use them and how difficult it would be to run your business without them?

Help our young people understand that Literacy Skills are so much more than just reading and writing and how learning to identify and understand these skills will help them progress through life and into employment.

It’s never too early to start influencing the next generation of young people to consider a career in your industry!

Work with us to deliver a Career Insight session to pupils of all ages.

​Share with them details of different trades/jobs that are available within your industry and give advice of what would be expected of them as an employee.
​

Help raise the awareness of skills, qualifications and experience required and give them the chance to take responsibility and be better prepared for the world of work.
