Receptionist – Stirling Highland Hotel

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: Experience within Customer Service. Experience as a Hotel Receptionist and using OPERA PMS is desirable but not essential.
Stirling Highland Hotel are seeking a friendly, personable, customer focused Hotel Receptionist to join their team!
Delivering consistent exceptional customer service and looking for opportunities to exceed customer expectations wherever possible, is what's most important.
You'll provide an outstanding welcome and farewell to our guests (You are the first and last person they are likely to see,) and an exceptional customer service throughout their stay with us at the hotel.
They'll also be some administrative duties which include: telephone enquiries, reservations, guest arrival reports, preparing bills, take payments, conduct end of shift / day banking.
The shift pattern is based on 5 days from 7 - This role will include weekends.
