IT and Telecoms Assistant

You will be joining and established telecoms provider, who pride themselves on putting customers first. You will be joining a small and friendly team and you will play an active role in the business. You will join the team as a telecoms apprentice with the view of progressing through the company.

Job  Role

• Supporting the installation of Telephone systems 
• Supporting engineers in the instillation of data cabling for telephone equipment 
• Support on the help desk responding to customer issues 
• Assisting in fault finding

During this apprenticeship you will work toward your diploma for ICT and Telecommunications professionals. You will also receive full training on fault diagnosis and instillation.
