LOCATION: Stirling JOB TYPE: Full time WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: 29/11/18  Stirling Council have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant within the Operations team. The successful candidate will be a key part in the team and perform a broad range of administrative duties team supporting managers and officers of the Council. Providing support to more than one manager/officer means there will be a broad range of work, frequently non routine, in a variety of environments. The postholder will provide administrative support and assistance involving activities such as word processing, scheduling and minuting meetings, front-line reception services dealing with face to face enquiries and on the telephone. Attention to detail is paramount as the postholder will be entering data to maintain and update the Roads Management Information system for Costing, using the Council’s financial systems to assist with monitoring expenditure against budget allocations, including e-procurement and e-purchasing.
