LOCATION: Bannockburn JOB TYPE: Part time WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: Closes 01/04/19 A vacancy has arisen for a part time administrative support assistant with excellent customer service skills to work in the local office at Bannockburn Library. You will provide a front-line reception service to members of the public, dealing with enquiries, logging calls and taking payments. You will hold the SQA or equivalent qualification in English and Maths at credit/general level 1-3 and be competent in the use of Office software packages. A flexible approach to the working week, which will include evening and weekend working, is essential. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills. Previous experience and knowledge of local office work is desirable, but applicants with a customer focussed attitude should also apply.
